:iconZombieSlayer13x:
6 points – Past ,Present and Future story included and it flowed very nicely.
8 points – Very interesting and appealing. But was a little too direct.
8 points – Followed the panels perfectly as well as including everything each panel displayed in the story.
6 points – Portrayed them well, but Sora seemed a little too aggressive and Damien a little too subtle and timid. Plus there wasn't enough dialog from Damien.
3 points – Although the panels were followed to the T , you didn't really make up any back-scenes that left me wanting more

Winning Story: Red Strings and Warm Days

Underneath the heat of the sun, two boys made their way down the path with no particular destination in mind.  School had finally let out and they had all the time in the world.  Months of being in the outdoors without having to worry about work were all that they had to look forward to.  They would be able to spend even more time together doing whatever to cure any possible boredom.

Sora's gazed turned to his companion who absentmindedly stared at the butterflies that were flying about.  It was practically adorable the way he just stared off with that soft smile on his face.  As they passed by a wall which had been made between the trees, a memory surfaced.  He could vividly recall Damien pressed against the wall, flustered and confused as his hands were bound by a red string in a game they had been playing.

It had been an awkward moment for the both of them and it was quickly resolved.  Since then, they hadn't talked about it again.  That wouldn't have happened though if Damien hadn't been acting the cute junior.  Seeing him make such an expression had made him lose control of himself.  In fact, he was making the same face like then.  That thought brought him to a halt and Damien immediately did the same when he noticed the movement.

"Is something wrong Sora?"

Sora fully turned his body so he would face him as he slightly backed away. "Damien, do you remember how we used to play 'How Strong is Your Fate?'"

Startled, he gave Sora a confused look.  What was he talking about?  It took him a moment to remember what he was talking about, but by that time, Sora had already taken his arm into his grasp and brought them closer.  Flustered and unprepared, he could only let himself brought toward him until their faces were practically touching each other.  Their lips were mere inches from each other and Damien was unsure what to make of it.

Before he knew it, Sora had already pulled away from him as if he hadn't been holding him in the first place.  The warmth in Damien's cheeks, however, told him that it had been very real.  Sora had held him close many times when they were younger and it had always made him shy even more away from his senior, but this time he felt another sensation along with the beating of his heart.  It rifled through his chest making it hard to breath.

"We should get going."

Sora had already proceeded to continue down the path as if everything that had happened hadn't happened or it wasn't anything to think seriously about.  Saying nothing, Damien quickly followed after him.  Maybe it was just his imagination. "
